Will it leak?
The shampoo only comes out when you press. For the smoothest flow, thin thick shampoo with a little water, fill it over the tub, and rinse the tank after each bath.
What shampoo can I use?
Any liquid dog shampoo or conditioner you already like. Very thick formulas work best mixed with a little water.
Reach or Palm — which should I get?
Reach (long handle) is easiest for big dogs' backs, sides and legs. Palm (short) sits in your hand for the face, paws and smaller dogs. Homes with big, fluffy dogs often get both.
Does it work on thick double coats?
Yes. Wet the coat all the way through first, then work in slow circles so the bristles part the fur and the shampoo gets down to the skin.
Can I use it on my cat?
It's made for dogs, but the soft bristles are gentle enough for cats who tolerate baths.
How do I clean it?
Rinse the tank and bristles with warm water after each bath, then hang the brush up by the loop to dry.
