These Terms of Service govern your use of the gizmoperch website and your purchase of any product from us. By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use this site or place an order.
About gizmoperch
gizmoperch is an online store selling pet products, operated in Japan and powered by Shopify. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order with us.
Products, pricing, and availability
We try to describe and price our products accurately, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before charging you the corrected price, and you may cancel the order if you'd rather not proceed. We may limit the quantities available for any product, and we may discontinue a product at any time.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy at the price shown at checkout. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion (for example, if we suspect fraud or an error in your order). Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout; we don't store your card details.
